Over 30 years ago, Fernando Sanchez and Mirian Giordano opened their first restaurant, Super Chicken, in Falls Church, Virginia—one of the pioneers of Peruvian charcoal chicken in Northern Virginia. Known for bold flavor and generous portions, it quickly became a local favorite.
Through hard work and dedication, they expanded to multiple locations, always putting customers first. Today, Super Rico in Forestville continues that legacy—serving authentic Peruvian and Mexican cuisine with the same passion and care that started it all.
